Water's Edge Cottages is located at 386 Front Street West in Bobcaygeon. It is a great quality yet affordable cottage resort on the shores of Sturgeon Lake in the Kawartha Lake region of Ontario.

We are within walking distance to the village of Bobcaygeon in the old county of Victoria, now known as the City of Kawartha Lakes. Though Bobcaygeon is a comfortable drive from busy urban areas, its small town setting transports visitors to a world of its own.

Last minute opening:   Cottage One from July 4th to July 11th 2026

Being prime time, this cottage will book quickly.

May, June, September and October are also excellent times to visit Bobcaygeon.   There are numerous events taking place and cottages will book up quickly. The May 24 long week-end has some availability.  The locks will be open and the weather forcast is looking great.

Take the opportunity to visit beautiful Bobcaygeon and experience small town ambience first hand.

Cottage Two is available for winter rental from mid October of 2026 to mid May 2027.
